Residents and stakeholders have been in engaged in a variety of ways during November and December 2016:

  • Public drop in sessions at Cornerstone Arts Centre
  • Pop-up exhibition and drop-in session in the Orchard Centre
  • Facebook advertising
  • Advertising in the Herald series newspaper
  • Meetings with key stakeholders, parish councils and community groups
  • Display stands exhibited at the Orchard Centre, Cornerstone Arts Centre, Didcot Civic Hall, Didcot Wave and South Oxfordshire and Vale of White of White Horse District Council Offices.
  • Leaflet delivery to all homes in Didcot
  • Posters in Didcot and surrounding villages
  • Community engagement at Didcot street fair
  • Press releases to local press resulting in articles in the Herald series of newspapers

    You are welcome to continue posting comments but this stage of the public engagement is now complete.  

    The Garden Town Team is currently taking on board everyone's comments and developing proposals for the Draft Delivery Plan and we will be able to share the first draft in January.

    In the meantime, we would like to wish you and your families a
